Lifehouse is located in Essex close the English seaside resort of Frinton-on-Sea. In less than 90 minutes you can travel by train from London Liverpool Street to our local station Thorpe-le-Soken from where we will pick you up for a nominal charge.
Travelling to Lifehouse by Car:
From London and the M25, take the A12 signed Chelmsford and Colchester, pass the exits to Colchester West and Colchester Central, then join the A120 signposted Harwich and Clacton. From the Midlands and North, follow the A14 (signposted Felixstowe/Harwich) until you are south of Ipswich.
Join the A12 signposted London then take the A120 signposted Harwich. From the A120 join the A133 for Clacton, Weeley, Frinton, Walton, St Osyth & Brightlingsea and then take the B1033 signposted to Weeley, Frinton & Walton. Once you reach the village of Thorpe-le-Soken, follow the brown signs for Lifehouse Spa Resort.
If you are using your Satellite Navigation System to direct you, please enter the postcode : CO16 0JF. This will direct you to the place on Frinton Road where you can turn down Lifehouse Drive. Please note that, if you use the Lifehouse postcode, some older Satellite Navigation systems will direct you into Hall Lane which is a private residential road and No Entry.
Please do not turn into Hall Lane – drive past the junction for Hall Lane and you will see the entrance to Lifehouse Drive is located just a little further on, on the right hand side.

Travelling to Lifehouse by Rail:
Regular trains run from London Liverpool Street and Stratford to Thorpe-le-Soken. Average journey time from London is 1 hour 20 minutes. For timetable information visit www.greateranglia.co.uk
We offer a ‘Meet and Greet’ service from Thorpe-le-Soken station when booked in advance this will incur a Nominal charge of £5 per journey. Please email reception@lifehouse.co.uk or call 01255 860050 to arrange this service with your arrival time.
Travelling by Sea:
Located 25 minutes from Harwich International Port, Lifehouse is ideal for a pre or post cruise luxury stay for those travelling with Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruises or Celebrity Cruises. Seaport transfers and parking during your trip are available at an additional charge, please call for details.
Travelling by Bus:
At the top of the lifehouse Drive we have a bus stop servicing travel to Clacton, Walton-on-the-Naze, Frinton and Colchester.
