Little Extras
Surprise someone special with a gift. Choose from a deluxe package of 12 Red Roses, Bottle of Champagne and Chocolates, to a seasonal bouquet or room gifts from our exclusive retail shop. Call reservations on 01255 860050 to pre order or add onto your reservation when booking online, must be pre booked a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival.
Activity Schedule
During your time with us you will have full access to our resort timetable (activity schedule), which means you can take part in any of the classes that are on during your stay for a nominal charge. Take a look at this sample version of our Lifehouse weekly activity schedule.
For those looking to be active offsite, special rates have been agreed at Frinton Golf club which is located by the sea and only 10 minutes drive from the hotel. The Lifehouse reservations team can reserve your tee time directly with the club and add this to your bill. why not try a little tennis at the nearby Frinton Tennis club 01255 674055

Our terms and conditions can be found here together with our health disclaimer which every guest needs to complete at the start of their stay. If you are a travelling alone please provide us with your emergency contact details prior to arrival.
Arrival
On arrival you will be given a schedule to help plan your stay effectively and to make your appointments on time.
To ensure all of our guests enjoy and get the most from their visit, Lifehouse reserve the right to amend your timings prior to arrival, and therefore cannot guarantee times, however we will endeavour to accommodate your requests where possible.
If you are travelling to Lifehouse by train, we offer a ‘Meet and Greet’ service from Thorpe-le-Soken station when booked in advance this will incur a Nominal charge per journey. Please email reception@lifehouse.co.uk or call 01255 860050 to arrange this service with your arrival time.
Please note there are designated smoking areas available outside in the resort.
If you have booked direct you are welcome to arrive from 10am to use our facilities, room check in depends on the package you have booke. Please vacate your bedroom before 11am unless your check out time has been stated otherwise. You are welcome to stay on site until 6pm to use our facilities, Reception will be happy to store your belongings. If you wish to arrive or depart at different times please let us know so we may schedule your stay accordingly.
If your payment is by vouchers, please advise at the time of reservation and present these on arrival.
