Get your beauty sleep
Getting your zzz's is the easiest way to give you bags of energy and build a more vibrant body and brain. The only time your body can truly restore itself is when you're asleep and chances are, you're not getting as much as you need. The recommended amount is 8 hours 11 minutes a night (so just skip that episode of Game of Thrones and leave the dishes until the morning!). After six weeks you'll feel the difference - more energy, fewer dark circles, less need for touche éclat.
A la smart menu
A balanced diet made up of a wide variety of colourful fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, low-fat dairy products, healthy monounsaturated fats, seeds and nuts, and whole grains is the way to go. The vitamins and antioxidants in fruits and veggies will make you feel refreshed, recharged, and re-energised. Sunblock is still the most important and effective anti-ageing treatment of all.
