The Lifehouse Spa

When was the last time you had some ‘me’ time? We bet it’s been a while. We’re all so busy these days it’s easy to forget that we need to take some time out for ourselves, as the famous quote says “the time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.” So with that in mind we’re going to take you on a tour of our spa facilities. Every part of our spa is designed to leave your skin cleansed and muscles soothed. You’ll want to return again and again!

The Spa

Upon arriving at Lifehouse we want you to feel as relaxed and as comfortable as possible, so we provide you with a super soft dressing gown and slippers and encourage that you wear them throughout your stay.

Every part of our spa is designed to leave your skin cleansed, muscles soothed and body rejuvenated. First up there is the hot and steamy sauna room, perfect for helping to relax muscle tension and ease you into a day of tranquillity.

We also have a steam room which is great for opening your pores and leaving your skin feeling soft and clean. We then suggest you head off to our salt inhalation room. This is an ancient technique that has been used for centuries to calm your breathing, refresh your skin and leave your sinuses feeling clear and cleansed.

Dive into the ice cold plunge pool, for a cool down after a hot sauna. If you dare! After a cooling down why not head to our warm hydro-pool with swirling water to completely soothe and relax you. There are two large rainfall showers in the hydro-pool so throw your head under and feel the warm water on your face.

Our large swimming pool is great for a casual dip or an invigorating early morning swim and the whole spa is packed with loungers to lie back, chill and catch 40 winks, it’s been a tiring day after all!

The Spa Café

All that relaxing may leave you hungry but fear not we have it covered! Throughout your day you can join us in the Spa Café for a healthy buffet lunch and a variety of snacks. The Café has a peaceful terrace overlooking the beautiful Lifehouse gardens. You can take in the stunning scenery while enjoying a light bite or a delicious afternoon tea.
