Food is an important part of the Lifehouse experience under the direction and management of our Executive Chef, Ugo Simonelli.
From dinner in the restaurant to Lite Bites served in the bar, Ugo ensures that the ingredients used are fresh, seasonal and sourced from farmers, fisherman and growers based within East Anglia wherever possible. And the beautifully-baked Afternoon Tea is a highlight for many of our guests.
The dinner menu has been carefully crafted by Ugo to offer some elegant, Italian-inspired dishes as well as both classic and lighter options, all designed to offer our guests a delicious choice of flavours.
There are always healthier menu options on offer as well as dishes suitable for vegetarians, vegans or for those with special dietary requirements or food allergies / intolerances.
If you have chosen a wellness retreat, we also have professionally structured full board Detox and Weight Loss Menus that have been designed by Sue Davis, our Resident Naturopath.
