Exercise & Activity Schedule
We’ve got a great range of exercise classes and fitness activities every day of the week.
The schedule changes every month and includes Circuits, Pad Boxing, Yoga, Meditation, Aqua, Barbells, Life Cycle, garden walks, nutrition talks and much more.
Members may book classes up to 7 days in advance (max).
Please do book early to avoid disappointment as some classes fill up quickly. And if you have booked a class but can’t make it, please do let us know.
