Sue Davis – Resident Naturopath
Concentrating on the healing power of nature, Sue focuses on creating an individual approach to health and wellbeing for every guest. Naturopathic medicine is based on the philosophy that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself if given the right tools. These include dietary and lifestyle adaptation, the concept of ‘food as medicine’, herbs, flower essences, nutritional supplements, detoxification and exercise.Upon graduating with a degree in Naturopathy from Australia, Sue spent many years working for Chiva-Som, a leading Thai health and wellness resort where she helped celebrities and royalty. Sue’s deep knowledge of the subject, teamed with many years’ spent in corporate environments in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, transforms the way her clients view health and wellness.
Maria Natusch – Wellness Therapist
Maria spent the first 20 years of her professional life working in London’s Financial Markets. Having witnessed the effects a poor lifestyle and stress can do to people’s lives, she made the decision to leave the City behind and re-train as a beauty & holistic therapist.“I have worked in spas for 12 years now and my aim at Lifehouse is to make our guests feel totally pampered and relaxed. To employ a healthy and holistic plan for daily life is essential for all of us – simple changes can make a big difference to our health and wellbeing.”
Natasha Allsop - Physiotherapy
Natasha started her career as a professional dancer and model. After five years she made the decision to re-train in sports and exercise science and having gained a first class honours degree, she ventured on to achieve a Bachelor of Science honours degree in physiotherapy.As a Chartered Physiotherapist, Natasha feels that her previous experience has helped hone her understanding of the human body, enabling her to facilitate therapeutic treatments that achieve the maximum benefits for her clients.
Michael Barthaud - Healer, Channeller, Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master
Michael is an accomplished healer and Reiki Master with more than twenty years experience in the healing arts. Coming from the esteemed Chiva-Som in Thailand, where he worked alongside our Resident Naturopath Sue Davis, Michael offers a selection of healing therapies designed to restore equilibrium to any mental, emotional, spiritual or physical imbalances.
Steve Oldhamstead – Personal Trainer
Over the past 7 years Steve has helped many clients achieve their fitness goals with a variety of diverse, fun and challenging training programmes. Sessions with Steve are friendly, easy going but will push you in the right way to help you feel fit and energised. Steve is qualified in Pad Box, Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Training and Supple Strength. Steve is also a fully qualified NVQ Level 3 sports masseuse and able to treat any aches, pains or sporting injuries you may have.
Jocelyne Leach – Yoga Teacher
Jocelyne took her first yoga class as a teenager and throughout her life has found that when tangled up physically, emotionally or spiritually, it has been her yoga practice that has straightened her out. The truth is that what you experience mentally really does affect you physically and vice versa. Jocelyne’s philosophy as a yoga teacher is based on her desire to find what works, elegantly, simply and with ease. Her style is sometimes challenging but always energising and self empowering.
Rebecca Miller - Life Coach
Rebecca holds a Masters in Coaching and is an accredited member of the Association of Coaches. Having studied with Tony Robbins on his Strategic Intervention Programme, Rebecca bases her coaching for individuals using the 6 Human Needs Psychology. Rebecca is extremely caring and professional; she sees her role as helping clients to feel calm, safe and secure to explore any areas that they need to gain clarity on and to then provide the right support to create positive change.
