Sarah, our Membership Director, and Sue, our Wellness Director, are instrumental in our contribution to the wonderful charities with work with.
On Wednesday 24th May 2017, we attended the Who Will Care? Awards 2017 at Anglia Ruskin University, to honour those in the Essex community for their tireless volunteering and charity work.
We are delighted to announce that we were awarded the Business Award!
We are extremely proud to work closely with a variety of local charities including Look Good Feel Better, offering monthyl workshops to women with cancer. We also hold monthly tea parties for members of Contact the Elderly, which is a charity dedicated to tackling loneliness and social isolation among older people. And throughout the year with work with St Helena Hospice and have raised over £11,500 so far this year for this fantastic charity.
We couldn't do this wonderful work without the dedication and hard work from our fabulous staff so a huge thank you goes out to them!
