joined by Peter Rowe of Liberty Wines

Menu

Italian salted sardines
with asparagus, quail egg and chilli oil
Paired with Loimer, Kamptal Grüner Veltliner, Lower Austria
aromas of herbs and fresh green apple, with a juicy palate and mineral finish

Classic Tuscan tortelli
with monkfish ragu
Paired with Alter, Ribeiro Blanco, Galicia, Spain
elegant aromas of white flowers, green apple and pineapple with notes of honey and acacia

Fillet of John Dory
with asparagus and a crayfish butter sauce
Paired with Sattlerhof, ‘Gamlitz’ Sauvignon Blanc, Südsteiermark, Austria
fragrant aromas of mint, with gooseberry and white asparagus to create a balanced fresh finish

Cheese
Harbourne Blue, Baron Bigod, Berkswell
Paired with Allegrini, ‘Palazzo della Torre’ Veneto, Italy
enticing aromas of cherry and rich dark chocolate with hints of clove and vanilla, and a velvety finish

Baked rhubarb & custard meringue tart
Paired with Pieropan. ‘Le Colombare’ Recioto di Soave, Veneto, Italy
perfumes of dried apricots and toasted almonds, with exotic fruit and baked peaches on the palate
