What is it? 

Personal training session with one of our personal trainers, Alex or Lottie, who both have degrees in Sports Science. Results led motivational workout programmes to help you achieve your exercise goals.  

How does it work? 

Following an assessment you will be guided through a range of exercises suitable to match your goals, ability and preferences, You will receive a personalised exercise programme after your session.    

Who is it for? 

Anyone requiring a focused exercise programme relevant to personal goals and ambitions.
