The Facilities
We have an 18.5m swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam & salt inhalation room, a Fitness Studio and a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment. All members get complimentary use of bathrobe and towels on each visit.
The Gym, Pool and Thermal Spa area are open 06.30 – 21.30 Sunday – Thursday & 06.30 – 22.00 Friday – Saturday.
The Fitness Team
Our friendly fitness team will start you off with a gym induction, health assessment and a tailor made fitness programme designed to help you achieve your goals. They are on-hand should you need any advice or adjustments to your programme and are also available for 1-2-1 personal training sessions.
A jam-packed fitness & relaxation timetable
Choose between Step Circuits, Life Cycle and Aquafit through to Pilates, Slow Stretch Yoga and Meditation and everything inbetween. Our in-house Physiotherapist leads some of these classes so you’re getting expert guidance. Members get priority booking for classes and the timetable changes every month.
In-House Wellness Specialists
Led by our Business Development Director, Sarah Attrill, our in-house team of wellness specialists offer a range of services ranging from Food Intolerance Testing, Energy & Healing, Reflexology and Reiki, Health MOT and facial acupuncture & gua sha to name but a few. Restaurant & Bar
