Terms & Conditions
  • Membership must commence between 1st August – 31st August 2026 and will run for 30 consecutive days – you choose when you wish to start.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn in the gym and pool
  • You must check with your doctor before commencing any exercise programme and you agree that use of any exercise programme is entirely at your own risk.
  • Classes can be booked up to 8 days in advance via our website
  • A temporary membership locker band will be provided for the duration of the membership. A nominal fee will be charged if the band is lost or not returned at the end of the term.
  • Guest passes (£30 each) can be purchased at the Main Reception whilst your membership is valid. Guests may use the Spa Facilities and gym. However, if you wish to bring a guest to a class there is a nominal charge for each class (payable upon booking). You must always accompany your guests to the resort.
  • The membership is non transferrable and can only be used by the named individual.
  • The temporary membership cannot be frozen or cancelled and is non-refundable.
  • The membership must be purchased upfront in the form of a one-off payment by cash or credit/debit card or a monetary Lifehouse voucher.
  • Members and/or their guests between the ages of 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who is a valid member and at least 18 years of age. New members under the age of 30 must know an existing member who has been a Lifehouse member for at least 6 months.
  • An individual can only do a maximum of 2 months temporary membership in a 12 month period.
