If you’d like to a spa treatments, please browse our Treatment Menu and choose from the array of treatments for men, women and teens (16+ with a guardian). For the energetic ones amongst you, why not add a Fitness class or Personal training, please choose from our Fitness & Relaxation Timetable.  Please do pre-book treatments or fitness classes to avoid disappointment. We have 3 categories of rooms to choose from: Contemporary Rooms, Signature Rooms
Terms and Conditions

Please note we are unable to accommodate groups of 7 or more on Saturdays. Group bookings Sunday – Friday are by special arrangement only please call for details. Only one group booking will be accepted per day. If booking for 7 or more people, please phone and ask for group reservations. Hen and Stag groups are not permitted.

  • *Prices vary at peak times and weekends are higher. Prices will vary subject to availability 
  • **Cancellation Policy: Flexible rates can be changed or cancelled with 100% refund up until 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival. Advance purchase rates are non refundable or changeable once booked.
  • All added spa treatments are time-scheduled up to day of arrival. These will be scheduled between your check in and check out times, unless otherwise agreed. Times will only be confirmed on arrival
  • Group bookings of 8 or more guests: please call 01255 860050 and press 2 from the main menu. Limited to one group booking per day, subject to availability
  • While all effort is made to deliver on guest requests, a request cannot be guaranteed
