  • Round of Golf for one at Frinton Links Golf course*
  • Choice of 25 min Grown Alchemist Massage or round of golf for your guest (Please advise on booking)
  • Complimentary return transfer to the Golf Course (10mins)
  • Full daily Breakfast
  • Full use of spa facilities, gym & gardens from 10am day of arrival until 6pm day of departure
  • Room check in 2pm, room check out 12 noon
  • Use of a robe & slippers

You are welcome to upgrade your treatment or add additional rounds of golf subject to availability,  please ask for details.

If you’d like to book additional spa treatments, please browse our Treatment Menu and choose from the array of treatments for men, women and teens (16+ with a guardian). For the energetic ones amongst you, why not add a Fitness class or Personal training, please choose from our Fitness & Relaxation Timetable. Please do pre-book treatments or fitness classes to avoid disappointment.

*Prices vary at peak times and weekends are higher. Prices will vary subject to availability and are based on 2 people sharing a contemporary twin or double room. Payment required on booking. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date – no refund. Cancellation between 7 – 14 days 50% refund on cost of stay.

All included spa treatments are time-scheduled up to day of arrival. These will be scheduled between your check in and check out times, unless otherwise agreed. Times can only be confirmed on arrival. While all effort is made to deliver on guest requests, a request cannot be guaranteed.

We will book your round for you with the club. If you have a time request please let us know in advance. Please bring your own equipment.

We are unable to accommodate groups of 7 or more on Saturdays or Bank Holiday weekends. Group bookings Sunday – Friday are by special arrangement only please call for details. Only one group booking will be accepted per day. Group bookings of 8 or more guests: please call 01255 860050 and press 2 from the main menu. Hen and Stag groups are not permitted.
