We are Thorpe Hall Leisure Ltd, a privately owned limited group which owns Lifehouse Spa & Hotel.

By completing a guest review, you are agreeing that it can be displayed on, for example, our website, in our social media accounts; to inform other travellers about the quality and services of the hotel.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely. Lifehouse will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your national ID card, driving license, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If Lifehouse is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
