Lifehouse has 89 guestrooms - all with wonderful views of the gardens or courtyard - 35 treatment rooms, plus gym, outdoor fitness circuit, yoga / Pilates studio, swimming pool, thermal spa area, relaxation areas, 15 manicure and pedicure stations, make up bays and a spa boutique.
Dedicated experts, specialising in key areas such as fitness, life coaching, nutrition, weight loss, medical, alternative and holistic therapy and horticulture have been recruited to ensure highly personalised, specialised and tailormade programmes to suit every guest's needs.
The design of Lifehouse Spa & Hotel is modern, simple and restrained. The buildings form a series of courtyards creating outside ‘rooms’ linking the interior to the less formal existing gardens.
