Start your day the right way. Lifehouse breakfast has lots on offer including fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals, freshly baked croissants and pastries. Feta cheese and continental meat platter. A full cooked breakfast selection and vegan sausages or porridge on request.
Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available. Weekends and peak dates are always busy at breakfast time so come down before 9am to miss the late morning rush.

Dress Code: Sundays are robe free days! Spa guests are asked to leave robes behind and dress for Sunday lunch in the restaurant.

Afternoon Tea
Treat yourself to an elegant Afternoon Tea of assorted sandwiches, freshly baked fruit scones served with clotted cream & Tiptree strawberry jam, homemade cakes & pastries, with a pot of tea from our luxurious collection or freshly brewed coffee

Dinner
The Lifehouse Dinner Menu is the creation of our Executive Chef, Ugo Simonelli and has an Italian-Mediterranean influence and style. The Lifehouse cuisine ranges from the uncomplicated elegance of a few carefully selected ingredients to classic dishes cooked to perfection, all freshly and lovingly prepared.
The Dinner Menu also includes lighter, healthier options as well as dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans. If you have any food allergies please speak with your server.
Do book your table for dinner well in advance especially at weekends, to avoid disappointment.
