We use ingredients that are fresh, seasonal and sourced from farmers, fisherman and growers based within East Anglia wherever possible.
Our menus always include lighter, healthier options as well as dishes suitable for vegetarians, vegans or for those with special dietary requirements or food allergies and intolerances.
If you have chosen a wellness retreat, we have professionally structured full board Detox and Weight Loss Menus that have been designed by Sue Davis, our Resident Naturopath and Ugo Simonelli, our Executive Chef.
