The Gym, Pool and Thermal Spa area are open 06.30 – 21.30 Sunday – Thursday & 06.30 – 22.00 Friday – Saturday.

Our friendly fitness team will start you off with a gym induction, health assessment and a tailor made fitness programme designed to help you achieve your goals. They are on-hand should you need any advice or adjustments to your programme and are also available for 1-2-1 personal training sessions.

Choose between Step Circuits, Pad Boxing, Life Cycle and Aquafit through to Pilates, Slow Stretch Yoga and Meditation and everything inbetween. Our in-house Physiotherapist leads some of these classes so you’re getting expert guidance. If you are starting a fitness programme for the first time or after an injury or period of illness, Natasha, our in-house physiotherapist, offers a personal training session called PhysioFit - perfect if you want the safety net of starting your training programme with a physiotherapist. Our physiotherapist also offers a Postural Check Up for anyone who fears they may not be standing standing up straight and tall!

Led by our Resident Naturopath, Sue Davis, our in-house team of wellness specialists offer a range of services ranging from Nutritional Life Balance Consultations, Food Intolerance Testing, Energy & Healing, Reflexology and Reiki. Lifehouse is set within 12 acres of peaceful English Heritage Listed Thorpe Hall Gardens for you to explore, including a series of lakes. The Gardens have a wealth of history attached to them and notable visitors once included Sir Winston Churchill, Queen Mary and Rudyard Kipling to name but a few.
