Fitness & Relaxation Timetable

Our Fitness & Relaxation timetable boasts over 60 group classes per week, choose from Life Cycle and Aquacise through to Pilates, Slow Stretch Yoga, Meditation and everything in between.

The schedule of classes changes each month and members can book online using their unique login details by clicking on the button in the top right of the website. Classes may be booked up to 8 days in advance.
