During these uncertain times, we remain committed to offering flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we have adjusted our booking policies to give you extra peace of mind.

New reservations

Any new booking made from June 1st 2020 until further notice, including those packages with no cancellations or changes permitted in the T&Cs, can be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 48  hours prior to the arrival date, for any future dates arriving before 22nd December 2021. This will be on a like for like basis (supplements apply for peak dates).

Existing reservations

If you have an existing overnight stay or spa day reservation booked before 1st June, including those with no cancellations or changes permitted, these can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to arrival, for any future date arriving before 22nd December 2021. This will be on a like for like basis (supplements apply for peak dates).

Third Party reservations

For guests who have booked through a third party travel agent, please contact your agent for more information on their individual booking policies.

If you feel unwell on the day, especially if you have a high temperature, dry repetitive cough, loss of taste and smell or have been instructed to self-isolate, please do not come to the resort.  Contact the team for advice.
