During these uncertain times, we remain committed to offering flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we have adjusted our booking policies to give you extra peace of mind.

New reservations

Any new booking made between now and 30th April 2020, including those packages with no cancellations or changes permitted in the T&Cs, can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date, for any future date before 23rd December 2020. This is on a like for like basis (supplements apply to upgrade from a midweek booking to a weekend or if the new date is during peak times).

Existing reservations

If you have an existing overnight stay or spa day reservation scheduled for before 30th April 2020, including those with no cancellations or changes permitted, this can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to arrival, for any future date before 23rd December 2020. This is on a like for like basis (supplements apply to upgrade from a midweek booking to a weekend or if the new date is during peak times).

Third Party reservations

For guests who have booked through a third party travel agent, please contact your agent for more information on their individual booking policies.
