How to claim
1. Book a room or via www.lifehouse.co.uk or call our team on 01255 860050 option 1 for reservations.
2. If within 24 hours of making the booking you find a lower rate for lifehouse spa & hotel with matching room type, inclusions, stay/visit dates and payment conditions, please email the address below to make your claim. All claims must be made with 24 hours of making the original booking.
3. If the lower rate found qualifies for the best rate guarantee, and all other terms and conditions are matched, we will match the lower rate plus add £10 credit to your booking to spend on site. Change will not be given and credit cannot be passed to another booking or date
