Activity Schedule

Our Activity Schedule boasts over 50 group classes per week, choose from Step Circuits, Pad Boxing, Life Cycle and Aquafit through to Pilates, Slow Stretch Yoga and Meditation and everything in between.

The schedule of classes changes each month and members can book online using their unique login details by clicking on the button in the top right of the website. Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance.
