Activity Schedule

Our Activity Schedule boasts over 60 group classes per week, choose from Life Cycle and Aquacise through to Pilates, Slow Stretch Yoga and Meditation and everything in between.

The schedule of classes changes each month and members can book online using their unique login details by clicking on the button in the top right of the website. Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance.

The wellbeing of both our guests and staff is our number one priority during this uncertain time. Therefore, we have increased and implemented new safeguarding measures.
