Ugo joined Lifehouse in 2015 with over 35 years of experience working in restaurants all over the globe
Born and raised in Italy, Ugo has been working in professional kitchens around the world for 35 years including the Kulm Hotel St Moritz in Switzerland and 10 years with the Belmond Hotel (formally the Orient Express). Over the years, he has developed his own signature style inspired by his first love, the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean. Ugo is now creating delicious menus for Lifehouse using ingredients that are seasonal and sourced locally whenever possible. His creations range from elegant, Italian-influenced dishes to perfectly-prepared classic favourites.
